Splinter Cell Conviction!!!! Urgent Read Me!!
We wont get Splinter Cell Conviction this year...
Splinter Cell: Conviction Officially Delayed
Splinter Cell: Conviction is a game that is eagerly awaited by fans of the series. Well, now publishers Ubisoft have sent word that they have delayed Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction. It will now release in the 2009-2010 fiscal year, which means anytime between April 2009 and March 2010.
Yves Guillemot, Chief Executive Officer of Ubisoft said, "Splinter Cell is a very important franchise for Ubisoft and we have high anticipation for this game. It is a major product and we want it to be able to catch all the gameplay opportunities it is offering to us today. There are lots of opportunities that we want to take and so that is why we can give (them) a little bit more time to make sure it can become a huge product."
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction was supposed to release in the first quarter of next year. But now it has been further pushed back by Ubisoft. One thing that is different in the stealth action game is that the protagonist Sam Fisher will be seen in a very different role.
