Gallery Moderator Update

Hi everyone,

I am very pleased to welcome SuperFlash1980 (aka Spike) to the M24 team as a Gallery Moderator. Spike kindly put himself forward to assist in validating ringtones and wallpapers, and we're sure he'll prove to be an excellent addition to our exceptional team.

I must also announce that RaulRey will be standing down as a Gallery Moderator due to work commitments. We'd like to express our thanks to Raul for his help and support during his time as a Gallery Moderator.
