I wouldnt totally agree with that because you can have a good quality 3gp movie if done right with much lower size. Where as MP4 takes big size 200mb+
as for the gallery upload..Not all mobiles play MP4 so theres no point.

with amr codec its ***** on movies but with AAC codec its good quality.. i do mine usually at 96kbs depends on video length though as takes a bit of megabyte. Am not sure bout HD 3gp.. would it really be worth it

So you can choose which audio codec you want ? That's possible in Total Video Converter . It's very good software for converting videos.

(2).The effectiveness of the converter
(3).The mental attitude of the person who converts it! (Just Kidding)

TVC converts to 3GP with one of the worst sound quality (but the file size are very small too)... WinAVI MP4 Converter's 3GP is comparable to MP4 quality - but with large file size (still smaller than MP4 though)
