need help uploading

I tried to upload a ringtone but when I hit the next button on step 1 on the upload page I received this error:
Your submission could not be processed because a securilty token was missing or mismatched.If this occured unexpectedly please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.
I also recieved this message when i used the create a ringtone page.
