Guide to Gothic 3 The Beginning?

I am looking for a good guide to Gothic 3,
I dont know what weapon to train is most effective, also I cant find the shirt of one guy, the brother of another, found the fire rune stone to cast spells but I dont seem to have it in my inventory, in quest log it says I killed the bloodhound gang and supposed to tell a guard, I dont know where he is, can someone help me, or providing a link to a guide please?

For the bloodhound gang, u can find them in the [big cave]between [lighthouse] and [jesbar's yard].
about the shirt... I can't find it either
