Just copy the INT folders into their respective localization folders then.

X:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Medal of Honor\Engine\Localization
X:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Medal of Honor\MOHAGame\Localization\PC

And delete the Rus folders.

Works for me.
