I was actually blowing up everyone there.
It's pretty cool to have a maxed destruction skill! Make a spell with max fire damage and area spread...and boom away!
I once made a 100 feet area spread fire damage spell though... and whoops, I killed everyone in the Sanctum Sanctorium from the spread when I tried test shooting that thing.

I raised up mine slowly and steadily... I was basically shooting destruction spells on every enemy I see.

I've already moved out of it.
Got bored and it lags a little too much in that house.
I put all my stuff in Rosethorn Hall now... might take the time to carry out all my stuff to this new one.
