I HAVE FLASH MY PHONE! w200i
My phone is flash, i pay the cellphone tech. to flash it
but i dont think he add some folders like TPA/PRESET/Etc..... even if i dont have these directory.....i can use FLASH THEMES or Flash menus????plzz help?????? so confused SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH

The phone can make important folders on its own whenever it needs them so you don't have to worry unless some important file is missing from there...
