out of the 4 3GP profiles, chose 176x144 MPEG4

Then change "MPEG4(DivX)" under the Video Encode setting.

Finally, change the aspect ratio setting to "Fully Expand".

Leave all the other settings as they are. But if you want to, u can change the bitrate, but its better if you keep it between 15 & 25. (Some older phones wont be able to play videos with very high bit rates.)

Then, just go ahead & convert Mr. Gerrit! & I guarantee you, you will get the best quality (Not a single pixel can be seen!)

I started using a new software called "FormatFactory". Looks to me like the video quality is much better now!
