Pretty disappointed with it, the music side of the phone is faultless, the camera is pretty good too, really small & will fit in the smallest pocket. Now the bad things, no one can hear me because the mike is rubbish, the charger (http://www.uxcell.com/chargers-c-980_1555.html) doesn't locate very easily so you have to wiggle it for ages to get it to work, the buttons are pathetically small, try to send a text but log onto the Internet, try to take a picture & send a message instead, get the picture. Shame really because it's a cracking looking phone & pretty solid too. Way too fiddly though

i wouldnt recommend the w880i to anyone, as i work for t-mobile i find out alot about mobiles, faults etc...

w880i has a lot of faults :P
