how install a theme via pc to nokia N73?

ecery time i try to install downloaded theme to my nokia n73 phone.(via pc)
get amassge ,"cetification error,contact your vendor" or "divice not supported" ,why is that.

The following should solve the issue:

Goto Tools -> App. mgr -> Options -> Settings. Then change “software installation” from “Signed Only” to “All” and “Onlline certic check” to “Off”.
