I am trying to cancel my account because your application does not work with my phone. I would like to deactivate my account. However, on your help/faq tab on the web site will not pull up any information on how to cancel or delete accounts? Someone please assist me. Thanks.

Creating the option isn't the problem - there are too many people wanting to close their accounts because they think we are charging them. Once I explain the situation, many choose to keep there account.

We need to try and educate these people before letting them decide whether they want to escape or not. :thumbsup:

Accidentally deleted?? Every other site I'm on has a Delete Account link usually near the bottom of their options and after you click it you still have to confirm at least once. So there will never be an "Accidental Deletion".

The website is COMPLETELY free. There are no hidden charges or anything. Free is free. There has been no effort to decieve you in any way.

I've been in this site for nearly 2 years now and i've used the site on any possible platforms, pc and mobile (i'm on mobile right now), and i've never NEVER EVER paid for anything, not even one cent, so how can you say that you paid a monthly fee here..? :blink:
Of course if you were using the site on mobile you will be charged for the browsing, that's normal, but you don't have to pay for any files because they are ALL FREE... ;)
