Virgin Mobile super slice help

whenever u connect the super slice via usb, windows picks it up and then it suddenly disables, and bluetooth wont connect either because theres a security lock on both so u have to buy ringtones from the VM website. except for pics, u can email them to your self. but does anyone know how to enable the usb port or the bluetooth for the sake of downloading your own ringtones, or atleast to enable downloads on the wap browser. here are some codes i found for the super slice, maybe this will help you guys.

-Enable/Disable PPP Mode. when it is enabled, your web browser will become disabled.

-Various 3G data information / Programming. a few things can be changed within here. What I'm particularly interested in turning on is DevCert, however I do not want to try anything until I can learn more about this phone.

-Unknown at the moment. is protected by SPC/MSL. also interested in this menu.
