3GP Help

Sorry folks bit of a noob when it comes to this but looking for sum advice/help.

I've got a Sony Ericsson K800i but i can't play 3GP videos as when i download them and try to play them it comes up with an upsupported file message. Anyway around this? Any software thats downloadable so i can play 3GP videos?

Any help much appreciated guys.
