Are you having problems with setting the mp3 as a ringtone or are you having problems downloading the ringtone?

after i have downloaded to my comp i go to put it on the phone and it wont let me set it as a ring tone or anything else how do i get it to work as a ring tone

Some service providers have disabled the ability to set MP3's as ringtones that are over 30 seconds and are not DRM protected. To DRM protect your ringtone, take a look at this thread (http://forum.mobiles24.com/showthread.php?t=1031) or you can download this DRM Packager (http://developer.sonyericsson.com/site/global/docstools/misc/p_misc.jsp)
