Dude, this game was posted in this forum a long time ago. Also, the thread title is misleading too since the official GH3 mobile game hasn't got that screenshot but Guitar Hero : Backstage Pass does have that screenshot.

No, it is Hands-On, I think. But it isn't much worth downloading, because of lack of songs (only 5 songs) and repetitive gameplay. Decent GH games are:
Guitar Rock Tour 2
Guitar Hero 3 (not this one, for this one is Backstage Pass)
Guitar Hero World Tour
