Items and tools Needed
1)Your Mobile Phone Data Cable
2)Tools to disassemble the phone
3)Tools to cut a away a small porting of the aluminum covering
4)something with a point like a needle with a small piece of wire connected to it to ground on the phone.

Now here we go :
1) extract the the files you have downloaded open the folder name (moto) and install the (motorola end ***) thats the drivers then you connect the mobile to the computer and make it install then unplug it.
2) open the the P2K_Easytool Executable file.
3)go to locks select your model and select unlock SP

4)Dis-assemble your phone (you want the circuit board)
5)Go back to the extracted files and open Motorola TP Edition, in the list select you model in this case i select v3 click on the pic on the right to enlarge it.

6)On the picture you can see where your suppose to find on the circuit board.
7)(you might need some help here) after you have found the part on the circuit board u will connect the circuit board to the data cable which is connected to the computer, connect your ground wire onto your phone or on you pc somewere that is well grounded then connect the pointy end to the point located on the picture http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i315/Shottatav/v3.jpg hold the point in place while you connect the battery, make sure the model is selected on the app and the unlock sp checkbox is checked and then you get someone to click (DO SELECTED JOB) when u click that this is suppose to appear http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i315/Shottatav/v31.jpg when u see that now you can detatch the ground from the point on the phone but keep holding the battery, now after you have detached the point click ok on the app they u should see the app working they u should see unlock ok power down.
now you can reassemble the phone and insert any sim you like, this is a very easy task and it works 100% freee.
